When you are ready to submit your Open Enrollment request, you will need the following documents ready: 

  • Final benefit plan selections, coverage details and negotiated rates for your upcoming plan year updated on your Benefits Activation (BA) Sheet.

  • Contact information for ongoing communications, questions and testing during the project.

  • Your requested Open Enrollment Start and End Dates,

What is an “Open Enrollment Project - Fix” in the Project Service catalog?

Use the Open Enrollment Project - Fix in the Project Service catalog if you've attempted to build your Open Enrollment, but now need the assistance of a subject matter expert. Requesting this project allows a Namely Benefit Administration Consultant to complete your configuration and update your plans per your Open Enrollment needs.

Note: This project has the same requirements and fees as an Open Enrollment project, and expedited fees would be charged based on your Open Enrollment start date.
